Usage Recommendations
Our products are not toys, but rather sensory and educational aids. Adult supervision is required during use.
Epoxy resin protects the wood, but it does not offer 100% waterproof protection. We do not recommend submerging sensory panels in water or other liquids. The use of a dropper with a small amount of liquid or moist materials is acceptable, but only for short play sessions. Leaving water/liquid in the sensobox poses a risk of damage, delamination, or wood warping, which would be considered damage caused by the buyer.
After playtime, wipe the panel with a damp microfiber cloth or moistened wipe and dry it with a paper towel. Do not allow it to get soaked in water. Store in a dry place.
Sensory panels are oiled on the underside with edible oil safe for children. With intensive use, we recommend re-oiling with linseed oil, for example.
Sensory panels are handmade using natural products, and the photos are for illustrative purposes only. The final product you order may have a different shade, grain pattern, or in the case of sensory models, different elements or shapes (nature is unique, and we base our work on it).
Wood gasification from air bubbles is a natural consequence of using resin. We allow for small amounts of microscopic air bubbles in the resin, but we strive to minimize them. This is not a manufacturing defect.
